为深入贯彻学校教育国际化战略，着力提升教师队伍育人水平与教学质量，助力高水平、标志性教学成果的培育与产出，学校于8月4日至8月20日，选派18名优秀教师赴英国开展了为期16天的访学交流与专题培训。此次出访教师涵盖各院系专业带头人、教学名师及中青年骨干教师。访学期间，教师们通过现场教学、实地考察等多种形式深入交流研讨。活动结束后，每位教师提交了学习心得体会。国际处从中精选部分优质内容，将分两期予以分享。

With this harvest and inspiration, I will march forward with passion and purpose, contributing to education’s evolution in the AI era. Here, at the frontier of pedagogy, Manchester’s rain, Cambridge’s willows, and Rolls-Royce’s metallic sheen remind me: education’s core is guiding souls to reach for the stars. As educators in the AI age, we must be torchbearers—illuminating paths while empowering students to carry the flame forward. This journey’s end is but education’s new beginning, where every lesson becomes a spark, every interaction a step, and every student a creator of tomorrow.
